I'm knitting some Mittens for Johanna.. and want to add cuffs like this. :D how did you do it?
hey there - sorry to be so long in getting back with you, I was out of town. The cuffs are knitted in the round on DPN - 40 stitches, k2, p2 ribbing for 20 rows. Then you turn the mitten inside out and whipstitch the ribbed cuff in place sewing the upper edge to the inside of the mitten. When you do the whipstitch, don't go all the way through the mitten - it shouldn't show on the right side. Hope this helps!
